Queen Sweetie will entertain the children while we listen and chat with the experts and share exciting healthy foods. It is a wonderful day for sharing, networking, and simply having fun while we pick up tips for growing the best fresh fruit and vegetables, see how to build wicking beds and create worm farms! You can even pedal hard to whip up a delicious fruit smoothie on the Blender Bike – and lots more – so come along – and don’t forget to bring the kids with you! Queen Sweetie will keep them busy, so you can relax and enjoy the day!
