The Permaculture Design Course is an intensive learning experience, covering practical Permaculture and the theory behind it.
This course runs over 12 weekend days including one residential weekend & free entry to Green Architecture Day 2018.
It includes visits to:
- Ben Law’s working woodland
- Sustainable buildings and ‘eco’ development initiatives
- Permaculture, organic and forest gardens
- Community sustainability initiatives
- Community growing projects

Most days run 10am-5pm
Stanmer Park and other Sussex locations
A requirement is prior attendance on the Introduction to Permaculture course or its equivalent. This course is part of a national adult and lifelong learning programme, run by a number of Permaculture Design Course providers in collaboration with the Permaculture Association. It follows the 72-hour international Permaculture Design Course syllabus and so qualifies paricipants for the Permaculture Design Course completion certificate awarded by the Permaculture Association (Britain).
