Event Description

The Little Seed is opening its gates for community members to wander around at their leisure and discover the many examples of how each of the permaculture principles have been applied, or join a guided tour at 2pm to hear about some of the hidden secrets behind this productive oasis.

Get close and personal with hot compost, worm farms, no dig raised beds, nitrogen fixing plants, hugelkulture and much more.

The property is an excellent demonstration of the productivity that can be achieved through permaculture design, even on a south facing landscape at 43 degrees.
