Growing Community, Shaping the Future – The Time is Now!

The world is rapidly changing and now more than ever, we need strong communities, regenerative solutions, and hands-on action.

The Australian Permaculture Convergence 2025 is your chance to dig deep into the roots of permaculture, share knowledge, build relationships, and co-create a future where people and landscapes thrive together.

Through hands-on workshops, storytelling, and deep conversations, we’ll explore how permaculture can help us nurture communities, heal the land, and adapt to an ever-changing world—sharing creativity, music, great local food, and time spent with like-minded old and new friends.

The time to act is now. Let’s come together in Kangaroo Valley for an inspiring gathering of growers, designers, educators and change-makers all working towards a more abundant and connected future.

Here is an update from Permaculture Australia — ticket release update!

We’re in the final stages of confirming all the details for the Australian Permaculture Convergence (APC 2025), and tickets will be on sale in the next few days!

To keep things running smoothly (and to support the hard-working team behind the scenes), tickets will be released in stages. The first round of tickets will go to Permaculture Australia members, who will receive an email notification when they go live.

  • 1st Release – Permaculture Australia Members with PDC or equivalent
  • 2nd Release – Second Release for those with a PDC or equivalent
  • 3rd Release – General Release (open to all others – tickets will be subject to the numbers sold in the above two categories)

We’ve had a few questions about why PA members get first access, so we want to be open and transparent about it:

Over the years, APC has grown into a fairly major event, requiring a suitable venue, catering, insurance, and equipment hire. Organising an event of this scale is a huge effort, and securing bookings requires financial backing.

In the past, local permaculture groups carried the financial risk and spent countless volunteer hours organizing the event—often at great personal cost. While the APC is still being driven by a local group, Permaculture Australia is now providing financial support to secure deposits and offer systems and resources to help lighten the load.

Since PA member fees help make this possible, it’s only fair that members receive first access to tickets.

It’s Fair Share and People Care in action. 💚

So, if you’re not a PA member yet, now’s the perfect time to join and support.
