As part of Permaculture Week 2025, come and learn how to make ‘squeaky cheese’ (halloumi) from our fresh goat’s milk, and then, using the resulting whey, we will make some ricotta to get all the milk solids out. Two cheeses from the one batch of milk.
This is a fun workshop where you will get to taste the results. You will also get to meet the goats face to face.
