The International Permaculture Festival of Wild Ideas is an initiative of the Permaculture Education Institute – all about myceliating ideas, sparking imaginings, deepening understandings, opening new conversations, meeting amazing people, finding new friends & collaborators, and exploring permaculture thinking, design, education and practice to rewild our lives and the planet.
Over 35 contributors gathering with ideas, books, music, art, poetry, film… Last year we saw the participation of over 2500 across six continents. We invite you to join us for this wonderful experience.

During the festival, we will showcase 8 beautiful films during the week and featuring film creators and participants in these productions.
Attendance is complimentary; however, last year, contributions (facilitated through our registered charity, Ethos Foundation) enabled us to donate approximately $10,000 to various community-driven permaculture education and action initiatives, particularly those focused on women and youth in the Global South. We ensure that 100% of all donations reach the intended recipients. We kindly ask for your support for this initiative
